Possible loot sources include Remains of Littles, Ruined jars. Loot is random; collecting from one of these sources does not guarantee this item.

Using it
Place this item on the Altar to gain +10 Attractiveness. At dawn the next day, there is a high chance a Little Hunter, Woodman, or Gatherer will arrive in the village. Activates at the next dawn. Consumed on activation.
